Salskoye Branch No.625 of Sberbank Congratulates London Olympic Silver Medallist Natalia Zabolotnaya
Residents of the Salsk town (Rostov Region) honoured the London 2012 Olympic silver medallist Natalia Zabolotnaya who set two Olympic records in weightlifting (snatch and clean and jerk).
The ceremony took place at the Yubileynaya square, where the athlete was welcomed by the mayor and residents, the creative and sports community, and the mass media.
V. Cherva, Acting Manager of the Salskoye Branch of Sberbank, also congratulated N. Zabolotnaya and handed the athlete a valuable gift – a gold coin “Curling 14,” expressing confidence that the Olympic medal will inspire her to conquer new summits in sports and wishing her luck, success, and new victories on the sports Olympia.
The award ceremony ended with a concert with the participation of the town’s dance crews and pop singers.
